Lower Back and Arm Pain

About 7 years ago I separated my right
SI joint rafting. I tried to ignore the pain for 6 months, then came to Dr. Scofield because I was unable to run (one of my favorite forms of exercise). She helped
me so much, I was able to run a 30km
race within 6 months pain free. I have
had a few other injuries that she has
helped me through also, the most notable being a herniated disk. I had so much pain going down my arm I was unable to do anything. I loved running, swimming,
piano playing, and fiddle playing. After a
couple of weeks, I was able to do yoga
and now I can do anything I want.
